Olivia Harrison (b.1993) is a visual artist living and working in New York City.

Interweaving traditional practices with a contemporary perspective, she explores the intimate relationship she shares with the camera, often perceiving it as a sentient collaborator capable of illuminating thoughts and emotions within her. Her darkroom practice incorporates both traditional and alternative printing techniques, positioning the photographic medium as a dual entity: a factual archive of nostalgia and human experience, and a mystical tool that unveils truths beyond ordinary perception.

While the camera serves as her primary instrument and companion, her practice transcends any single mode of expression. She integrates drawing, poetry, and filmmaking to examine how we navigate personal experience, grapple with personal histories and futures, and seek meaning in the artistic process. Through these interwoven approaches, she invites a deeper reflection on how art can connect us to ourselves and the unseen dimensions of the world around us.
